This workshop will help you develop your self-esteem and confidence so that you can begin improving your outlook on life while reaching a higher level of self-satisfaction.

Are you looking to eliminate social anxiety and improve your confidence? Do you want to feel more comfortable in your own skin? Would you like to radiate a natural charismatic confidence that naturally attracts people? Would you like to create an empowering story and eliminate your negative self-talk? If so, this workshop is for you. Why do many intelligent people lack confidence? Why do so many unintelligent people have a lot of confidence? How do you know if your confidence closely matches your ability or you have a problem with self-assessment? You will find the answers to these questions in the workshop.

How we esteem ourselves underpins all our actions. It seems however, that the vast majority will not be aware of how this internal influence will affect absolutely everything we think, feel and do. Made up of the strands of self-respect, self-worth and self-value, if our self-esteem is not clearly founded in who we truly are, it will undermine our ability to act and interact positively and proactively. It will sabotage our ability to maintain calm and focus. And it will therefore not allow us to be content with ourselves. This workshop will help you develop your self-esteem and confidence so that you can begin improving your outlook on life while reaching a higher level of self-satisfaction. Due to time zone differences, we understand that not everyone will be able to join the session live. But that doesn’t mean you need to miss out. You can still purchase the workshop, and the recordings will be sent to you after the session.

  • 2 hours of live content including time to connect with Jay and ask questions
  • Pre-event orientation email with video
  • Homework after session
